Shopping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We currently offer 2-day shipping for all UAE domestic orders over AED100. Any orders below AED100 will be charged a standard fee of AED20.00.
Domestic orders may up to 5 working days.

We also ship to all GCC countries. Delivery of orders outside the UAE is determined by our shipping partner but it usually 5-7 working days.
International orders may take up to 10 working days.

If we plan to ship to more countries in the future then we'll update this information here and.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

We try to deliver on our promise to deliver your packages in 2 business days for all domestic orders. Same for international orders wehre delivery is usually at 5-7 working days. If your order is placed during the weekend (Friday and Saturday) or in a public holiday then you may expect a slight delay.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship internationally to all GCC countries. We'll update this page when more countires are added to our international shipping list.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP IT FROM?

We ship all our orders from Dubai-UAE. If you're in Europe, we have some of our products available on amazon.co.uk where there's more delivery options.

Orders and Returns

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you don't need an account to place an order. On checkout, you can choose to checkout as a guest. However, registering an account will make it easier for your subsequent purchases so you don't have to fill in all you information.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

You can change or cancel your order from the shopping cart page. Simply go to the cart page where you'll see all your cart items. There, you can change quantities for each item or delete items.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

An email will be sent out to you once you successfully complete your purchase with a shipment tracking number. You can track your order from the respective carrier's website. 

We use Zajel for local shipments and DHL for international shipments.
